It is Mental Fitness month and we are finishing with the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ to equip us with the core essential foundations so we are ready to go and pursue growth in 2022 with confidence.
Come and join us as we connect with others on day 1, get active on day 2, take a moment on day 3, learn on day 4 and give to others on day 5!
It’s free to get involved and you will be invited in to our pop-up WhatsApp group and have the opportunity to sign up to each activity that you want to engage with.
We finish this challenge on Time to Talk day, where we will also be announcing the winners of our fundraising for CPSL Mind. A great opportunity for you to come and share your wins on #SpeakUp2022 with us.
